从这个全球招聘CEO的闹剧，我看到的是亨利和芬威集团对于本土保守派基本可以说是无可奈何的，亨利并不喜欢帕斯洛，所以入主后并没有对他论功行奖扶正他当CEO而是给他一个顾问总监的头衔，全球招聘CEO的意图是想撇开本土派找一高人来运作俱乐部，但这算盘打不响，谁令之失败，不是艾尔帕斯洛又是何人呢，而且艾尔帕斯洛不是个体，是俱乐部本土派大潮流的首领。
至于罗杰斯，他不过是艾尔帮得势的产品之一，炒掉罗杰斯还会来霍杰斯休杰斯之流的肯屈从于制服组的人，至于名帅嘛，我们就基本不用YY了，试问又有什么有真才实学的主帅有兴趣来利物浦出任带队比赛部部长一职呢？除非亨利有能耐把艾尔帮和罗杰斯一锅烧掉。

"Liverpool under Brendan Rodgers have built up a scouting network in Portugal but also taken steps to grow the existing one the club had in Spain. Under previous manager Rafa Benitez the club"s Spanish connection grew and there"s been a keenness to keep that growing, with young Spanish players still being recruited by the Premier League club.
A big part of Liverpool"s work in Spain revolves around their chief scout there David Vizcaino, he"s also in charge of the Portuguese side of things according to Spanish newspaper Marca, and they"ve spoken to him about several things. Vizcaino feels it"s still very important for clubs like Liverpool to have scouts in countries like Spain because he reckons young English talents simply aren"t of the same standard. The scout said a tendency to still play it safe, for example pass back to the goalkeeper, was deep rooted in the English set-up and led clubs to look overseas more.
When asked by Marca what kind of players he"s looking for on behalf of Liverpool, Vizcaino said "Be a technically gifted footballer, who off the field is professional but what really stays with me is the feeling a player gives me."
Vizcaino said that can be evidenced by the players he"s already taken to Liverpool, revealing which transfers he played a part in "In lower grades have signed Sergi Canós Barca, Pedro Chirivella Madger from Valencia and Villareal.For the first team Alberto Moreno and the transfer of Manquillo. 一方面是判断球员具备什么样的特长和能力，另一方面也是要看球队在战术层面需要什么样的补充，前一点用数据分析来完成，后一点应该是主教练的工作。其实有些球员看上去没有成为关键人物的能力，也没有什么潜力可挖，但是具有补充球队短板或者丰富打法的特点，对于球队会是很有益的，即便是买的时候略微溢价将来也不会升值，看准了还是应该下手。说白了指望潜力股集体爆发或者低潮期球星一下子回春其实是不靠谱的。作者: M原理 时间: 2015-5-26 12:15 引用4楼 @旧版 发表的:

芬威的理论就是让专业的人来干专业的事，请一个经验丰富的教练，配一个魔球理论信徒足球总监，这并不矛盾。这在篮球棒球都证明是行得通的。而总监模式也是大部分欧洲俱乐部的情况。如果说对魔球理论有所怀疑，一般都是不信任数据分析。
