这周一切都顺利吗？周末你们都做了些什么呢？
意志，勤奋和谦逊是打开生活和工作成功之门的钥匙。如果再加上团队精神的话，那么好的结果一定会很快到来的！这就是现在正在发生的！虽说上周我的两个进球帮助球队击败了延边富德，但是如果我们没有团结一心，没有我之前提到的意志，勤奋和谦逊，那么我们是肯定没法带着胜利和三分离开的。

我们对最近比赛的结果十分满意，这是我们过去一直在追求的，同时我们也会一如既往地追逐这份梦想！上周我有一天的假期，我用来放松休息了。在天津的街头散步，和我的朋友一起吃了午饭。我们还发现了一个漂亮的公园！我以后会常来这个公园的。你们能从照片里认出来这是哪吗？

休息日之后，我的注意力又回到了足球上，继续努力训练！训练是我工作中很重要的一个部分，因为我通过努力训练备战下一个对手。在训练中不仅能培养我们的默契，还能衡量我自己存在哪些不足，还有哪些应该改进的地方。每天坚持训练的人不止我一个，我猜你们大多数人每天都会花一两个小时在你们自己最喜欢的运动上。坚持锻炼身体不仅能强健体魄和还能提振你的精神。

All good? What did you do in the weekend?
Determination, work hard, humbleness are the key of success in work and life. If we add also a teamwork, great results come fast! That's what is happening now. The last match my team won against Yambian Fude thanks to my 2 goals. But no success comes without a good teamwork and those elements I mentioned before. We are and I am very happy for these results of the last matches. We dreamed this and we keep on dreaming!
Last week I had 1 day off an it was time for me to take some rest and relax, walking in the city, having lunch out with a friend and discovering a beautiful park in the city. I will go back to this park again. Do you recognize it from the photo?
After the day off, ready to play the ball and work hard on our daily training sessions. This is the part of the job very important because you get ready to face the opponent team, to prepare a good teamwork and to measure yourself with your skills and also you can improve. Training everyday is very important not only for me but for everyone and I suggest all of you to dedicate 1 or 2 hours per day to trainings on your favourite sport. It is so good for your body and for your mind.
