小伙伴们，大家好啊~又见面了，大家过得怎么样？进入七月以来气温真的是越来越热啊~
我上周可忙了，不停地工作工作再工作，做了很多球场之外的事情。赛季已经过半了，所以我们需要继续努力训练才能达到我们的预期。
因为黄牌累计停赛的原因，很遗憾，我没能参加对阵广州富力的比赛。我的队友们踢得很棒，尤其是刚刚历史性地赢了广州恒大之后，接下来的这场比赛真的很不容易，但我们做到了！不在场上的感觉很奇怪，我待在了一个离球队很近的地方，我们一直都在一起！我在看台上从一个不同的视角看他们比赛，这真的很棒很棒！
同时，近距离的与球迷接触也很不错，我能够感觉到他们对我和球队的爱。他们也是最最顶级的！！！那天也是我们天津权健的生日。把最好的祝福送给老板，俱乐部以及我们的球迷们，万事顺心，生日快乐！加油！

Hello guys, how are you? We are already in July and the temperature is getting higher.
I was very busy last week: work work work on and off the pitch. We are at half season and we have to keep on working hard everyday to reach our goals.
Unfortunately I couldn't play the match against Guangzhou R&F because I got yellow cards in the previous games. My team played a good game, it was not easy to do good after the historic win over Guangzhou Evergrande but we made it! It was weird for me not to play he match: I tried to stay close to my team, we are together always! I watched the math at the stadium and from different perspective. It was also good to be close to the fans at the stadium. They are super!!! I felt their love for me and the team. The win was on the day of anniversary of the Tianjin Quanjian club and I wish happy anniversary and all the best for the President, the Club and the fans. Jia you!
