官方：KMI小组3人认为多库不该被判点球，2人认为是明显误判

泰晤士报著名记者Martin Hardy的独家报道，关键比赛事件（KMI）小组裁定，3月10日利物浦在安菲尔德1-1战平曼城的比赛中，迈克尔-奥利弗在第98分钟没有判罚点球是正确的。

当时多库看起来在禁区内用脚抬脚踢到了亚历克西斯-麦卡利斯特。

赛后，利物浦主教练克洛普痛斥了场上的三名官员，但专家组表示奥利弗做出了正确的决定。

判决书上写道：“裁判小组意见分歧（3票对2票），大多数人支持当值裁判组不判罚点球的决定。

（这是）一次真正的击/碰球尝试……结果是两个球员互相接触。多库尽管他碰到了麦卡利斯特的胸部，但他还是碰到了球，在这个回合中，多库是有权利去争夺球权的。

两名小组成员认为当值裁判组的判罚不正确，应该判罚点球，因为‘麦卡利斯特先到（位置）’。多库的脚的位置很高，很明显地碰到了麦卡利斯特的胸部。

大多数专家（4票对1票）支持VAR不干预的决定，但一位专家认为VAR不干预一个明显的误判是不正确的。”

“Two panelists felt that the on-field decision was incorrect and a penalty should have been awarded as ‘Mac Allister gets there first. Doku’s foot is high and makes clear contact with his studs on Mac Allister’s chest’.

“The majority of the panel (4:1) supported the VAR’s decision to not intervene but one panelist felt the VAR was incorrect to not intervene for a clear and obvious error.”）
